Intentional International Educationthrough Readings, Re-construction,and Writing of Fiction:exploring worlds with the Third Culture Kid
An intentional international education is one in which the participants engage with and negotiate awareness of self, others and the worlds we inhabit.
This session explores intentional international education in a language classroom through notions of readings of fiction, writing fictions and rewritings of fiction.

Angela Gravina is currently the IBO Middle Years Progamme Coordinator at the Australian International School Singapore. She has worked in a variety of schools including a MOE Singapore secondary school as well as secondary and TAFE schools in Australia. She previously completed a thesis on the VCE Literature course and is now completeing her doctorate at the University of WA on students' perspectives of the IBO Middle Years Programme.
